The Herculis EBS Meeting is set to make its highly anticipated return to Stade Louis-II on July 10, 2026, with another edition already promising world-class performances. The headline attraction of the 2026 event will be Swedish pole vault star Armand “Mondo” Duplantis, who has confirmed his presence in Monaco as he looks to once again make history at the meeting.
For the first time since its creation, the Herculis EBS Meeting will feature two pole vault competitions — one men’s and one women’s event. This unprecedented schedule reflects the clear ambition of the Monegasque Athletics Federation to place the discipline at the heart of the event.
Highly anticipated on the Rock, Armand Duplantis returns after delivering a memorable performance last year at Stade Louis-II. The Olympic champion and world record holder set a new meeting record by clearing 6.05m before thrilling the Monaco crowd with three bold attempts at 6.29m, narrowly missing another world record.
The Swedish superstar will arrive in Monaco full of confidence following an exceptional start to the 2026 season. On March 12, during the Mondo Classic in Uppsala, he cleared 6.31m on his very first attempt, securing the 15th world record of his career in just over six years and further confirming his absolute dominance in pole vaulting.
Now a Monaco resident, “Mondo” Duplantis will be eager to shine on home soil on July 10 and continue building his legacy at the Herculis EBS Meeting in front of the Stade Louis-II crowd.
