Olympic champion Hamish Kerr in Monaco

Olympic champion Hamish Kerr has confirmed his participation in the Herculis EBS 2025 Meeting. While passing through the French Riviera between two Wanda Diamond League stages, he took the opportunity to share a training session with young athletes from AS Monaco Athlétisme.

Winner of the 2024 edition and a regular visitor to the Côte d’Azur — which he enjoys for its ideal training conditions during the European athletics season, Hamish headed to Stade Louis II for a session on the very same high jump area that will be used for the competition on July 11, 2025.

Following his workout, about twenty teenagers from the AS Monaco athletics section joined him for a high jump session, benefiting from the champion’s expert advice. After several jump attempts set at a height accessible to all, Hamish warmly invited his training partners of the day to come and cheer him on at the Herculis EBS Meeting on July 11.
