POLE VAULT
Women will jump on the regular set-up as the past years.
Men will jump on a temporary track as they do in Perche Elite Tour, the runway being in the opposite direction of the women’s.
Both events will jump alternately one gender after another.
Training
Training will be available at the Stade Louis II (official track):

Bib Numbers
Bibs will be StickerBib.
StickerBib’s team will be at the restaurant during meals hours to apply the bibs, each athlete or its management would need to present themselves with their competition uniform to get the process done.
Warm-Up & Call Rooms
A warm-up area is at your disposal at the Stadium of Cap d’Ail, with direct access from the first floor of the Marriott Hotel. Synthetic grass – no spikes allowed.
There will be 2 call-rooms:
1st call-room at the warm-up area, where all athletes will be gathered and walked together to the 2nd call-room at the stadium entrance (200m mark). No accompanying persons allowed at the 2nd call-room.

Athletes Stands
Athletes, Managers and accredited accompanying people may watch the meet in the athlete stands located above the mixed zone.
Coach seats are reserved in the front rows facing the field events.
Athlete Support Accreditation
Coaches, managers and accompanying staff not staying at the hotel must request an accreditation via the following form: https://forms.gle/zJjG29jTtMWcELUb6
Antidoping
Athletes may be required to undergo a doping control after their event and will be notified accordingly. Please have your passport or a copy ready.
Athletes wishing a doping control in the event of a national record or better may present themselves at the Antidoping area.
Wavelight Technologies
Wavelight Technologies will be displayed for all mid-distance races. Paces will be announced the evening before the meeting.
Shoes Regulations
All athletes must compete in shoes approved by World Athletics regulations. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties. certcheck.worldathletics.org
Media

Photos and videos: Individuals holding athlete support accreditation including managers, coaches, physiotherapists, and accompanying persons are not permitted to produce photo or video content in the following areas:
• The stadium track
• The warm-up area
Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in financial penalties.
Content distribution: Photos and videos will be made available free of charge to all athletes via Socialie.
Event Presentation
Men’s 100m: Classic presentation behind the Starts, with the stadium lights off for a few seconds, then spotlights directed towards the athletes. The stadium will gradually reach full illumination before the start.
TV Graphics – Portraits
To highlight athletes in head-to-head TV graphics, the TV production team will create dedicated on-screen visuals. A professional photo studio will be set up inside the stadium to capture high-quality portraits and ensure that athletes are presented at their best on television.

Selected athletes will be contacted through their managers. Please bring your official race kit to ensure that the correct sponsor branding is visible in your portrait. A changing room will be available next to the studio.
Awards Ceremony
All winners are required to attend the awards ceremonies, guided by the field staff.
