With amazing performances of 42''34 for the US Red Team and 43''07 for US Blue Team, the USA Teams respectively won first and second place. In spite of a fall during the last handover, the first team (Tianna BARTOLETTA, Allyson FELIX, English GARDNER and Aaliyah BROWN) managed to make its SB. Placing third was the Italian Team (43''30), followed by the French Team (Orlann OMBISSA, Ayodele IKUESAN, Maroussia PARE and Fanny PELTIER) who managed to perform its best time of the season with 43''76. Just behind was the Chinese Team (43.78).
