DJ Martin Solveig&#8217;s performance is exactly what we needed to begin this memorable night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s 1000m: Solomon LEKUTA wins the 1000m in front of young George MANANGOI<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Despite difficulties for the athletes to follow the pacemaker, Solomon LEKUTA wins the 1000m right in front of Elijah MANANGOI&#8217;s&nbsp;<\/span>17-year-old younger &nbsp;brother, George MANANGOI, with 2:17.42 on the timer. Nevertheless, MANANGOI takes a wonderful second place in 2:18.07, followed by the French runner Baptiste MISCHLER.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Women\u2019s 400m: Shaunae MILLER-UIBO under 49 seconds for the first time since 2009 !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">With an incredible 48.97s 400m race, Shaunae MILLER-UIBO (BAH) manages to become the world leader while simultaneously beating the Diamond League Record, Meeting Record, National Record and her Personal Best! Salwa Eid NASER (BRN) finishes second and beats her personal best in 49.08s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s 800m: A very quick men\u2019s 800m breaking many records tonight in Monaco!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">With a very competitive lineup in the men\u2019s 800m, the race was definitely an entertaining one to watch for anyone in the public or at home. Nigel AMOS demonstrated an outstanding performance, by breaking the Meeting Record, and is now the World Leader in 1:42.14! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Nonetheless, the Canadian athlete Brandon MCBRIDE also excelled tonight, by breaking the National record, and his personal best in 1:43.20. The Spanish runner Saul ORDONEZ joined the two in third place, and just like Brandon, established a new National record and a personal best in 1:43.65.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The two Kenyan runners, Cornelius TUWEI and Jonathan KITILIT came in fourth and fifth position, running&nbsp;<\/span>respectively in 1:43.82 and 1:43.91 .<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Pierre Ambroise BOSSE made a quick comeback and was placed in sixth position, with his new seasonal best of 1:44.20.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Women\u2019s 100m hurdles: Queen HARRISON wins and earns her season best at the 100m Hurdles<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">American athlete Queen HARRISON wins the women&#8217;s 100m hurdles with a 12.64s race, followed by Dawn HARPER-NELSON (12.90s) and Yanique THOMPSON (12.92s). The French runner Solene NDAMA manages to beat her personal best at 13.01s!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Women\u2019s 3000mSC: World record for Beatrice CHEPKOECH! <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Beatrice CHEPKOECH was the big winner of the 3000m SC. <span lang=\"EN-US\">With a time of 8&nbsp;:44.32, she broke the old World record supported by the public. Courtney FRERICHS, second, improved her personal best of 3\u2019\u2019 (9:00.8s), and set a new American record! Peruth CHEMUTAI, Roseline CHEPNGETICH, Daisy JEPKEMEI and Winfref Mutile YAVI also improved her own personal bests! &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Women\u2019s 100m&nbsp;: Marie-Jos\u00e9e TA LOU wins the 100m!<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">By being the only sprinter under 11s, Marie-Jos\u00e9e TA LOU (CIV) wins the 100m in 10.89s, followed by Murielle AHOUR\u00c9 (CIV) and Elaine THOMPSON (JAM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s 1500m: &nbsp;New world lead for CHERUIYOT!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Timothy CHERUIYOT and Elijah Motonei MANANGOI were head to head in tonight\u2019s 1500m race! However Timothy excelled in the last 100m and finished in 3:28.41, setting a new World Lead and a PB! Elijah set a season\u2019s best with 3:29.64! Filip INGEBRIGTSEN set a PB and a National record in his third place in 3:30.01!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s 110m Hurdles: Sergey SHUBENKOV does not disappoint at the 110m Hurdles!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">SHUBENKOV wins the 110m hurdles with a 13.07s race with an impeccable performance. Meanwhile, Pascal MARTINOT-LAGARDE (13.20s) and Hansle PARCHMENT (13.21s) achieved their Season Bests!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Women\u2019s 800m: Caster SEMENYA breaks the 800m meeting record!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Caster SEMENYA immediately took the lead within the first few meters of the race and finished in first place with 1:54.60, what a fast race! She established a new Meeting Record. Francine NIYONSABA followed Caster into second place, with Jamaican Natoya GOULE in third setting a National record and a PB in 1:56.15. Also, the french Renelle LAMOTE took the European lead!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s 200m: Noah LYLES owns the 200m and sets a new world lead!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">21-year-old Noah LYLES confirms how much of a wonderful performer he is, by celebrating his 19.65s win with a backflip! He sets a World Lead, Meeting Record and his new Personal Best!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s 3000mSC: Soufiane EL BAKKALI made an incredible performance!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Soufiane El BAKKALI realizes the world\u2019s best performance and his personal best of 7:58.15, followed by the American Evan JAGER, who ran his season best in 8:01.02. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s high jump: Danil LYSENKO equals the meeting record!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Danil LYSENKO succeeds to jump 2.40m, and equals the World Lead, sets a new Personal Best and Meeting Record!&nbsp;<\/span>Italian high jumper Gianmarco TAMBERI also manages to get his season best at 2.27m, with the help of a cheering crowd.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Women\u2019s pole vault: High expectations with the Women\u2019s pole vaulting event!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The bar was set high at tonight\u2019s pole vaulting event, with a rapid increase in heights: 4.40\/4.60\/4.75\/4.80\/4.85m. The women showed strong determination and were not giving up easily, and many achievements taking place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">SIDOROVA Anzhelika sets a new PB tonight with 4.85m, and in joint second are Yarisley SILVA and Katerina STEFANIDI jumps at 4. 80m.Ninon GUILLON ROMARIN set a French Record with a 4.75 meter jump.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Men\u2019s triple jump: Christian TAYLOR jumping his way to victory in the triple jump!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">It was only on the second jump that American athlete Christian TAYLOR jumped his way into first place with a fantastic jump of 17.86, which is also is seasonal best! His continuous rival Portuguese Pedro Pablo PICHARDO took second place with a jump of 17.67m.
